I picked this up locally on Gumtree for not a lot. It all appears to work except the Marzocchi Z5 , the bushes have gone. The fork will be replaced by the Rock Shox in the picture which I've had lying about for so long I've forgotten what it is. Some sort of Judy I think.
All that really needs done apart from the fork is a good strip and clean.

But eventually just buy new seals for twenty quid and get the bombers back on. Much better forks.

Glad you found another "brownie." Fun bike to ride like a oversized BMX. I have to agree the Marzocchi forks are better if you get them fixed. Budget Rockshox are abit naff. Here's my Kona Roast link

After a quick look it doesn't appear to be the seals on the Z5 , it feels like the bushes. There is a lot of play but no leaks of oil or air.
The bike cost me £40 and I dont intend to spend any money on it. Its just for my kids to mess about on.
