Kona pahoehoe

I am now a proud owner of a kona pahoehoe, it was to much of a bargain to pass on, at a grand total of 99p on fleabay. I believe its a 98 model but more than happy to be educated on this.

Hmmm now what to do with it and where do i start

Yep noticed it with 20 mins left so nearly missed it myself, allegedly it has new project2 forks and Kona stem

Decals look '99, but I reckon it might be later, maybe '00 / '01 - Check it the catalogue section bud.
The '98 was green. I've got a mid season '98.5 that was ball burnished polished silver.

After looking and researching, im guessing its a 99 model due to the stickers and the fact its v brake only. As well as the headtube being slightly different too

And now the refurbishment begins, lots of scratches on chain stays and wear marks down to bare aluminium, do i spray/powdercoat or anodise (if poss)
