I have some Kona forks here if anybody fancies a project. They were originally off a 1990 Fire Monutain.
These had a stuck stem which I had attempted to saw out as it was stuck fast. I then tried to chisel out the remains, but this trapped the chisel as can be seen. To make matters worse I tried again and the same thing happened :facepalm:
I think that the forks can still be salvageable with a decent bench vice and tools, but sadly I don't have the time... Other than this they are in good condition with decent paint. Any chisels gained are a bonus! Steerer is currently 165mm long with 35cm thread.
Free for collection from London N7/E4 or postage only (probably a fiver I reckon?). Pictures below...
