For sale is my Kona Lava Dome 89/90 model 18" frame size (measured from centre of crank bolt to top of seat tube) I already own one of these but could resist this bike as I came across this in a shed find of bikes that i purchased who was having a clear out.
This is bike is pretty original and unmolested as it still has almost the full suntour xc groupset on it apart from the rear mech which is shimano but that looks to be around the similar age.
Wheels have the suntour hubs.
Paint work is good and clean, I have checked over the bike and all works ok, the brake blocks could do with a replace as gone hard and there is a slight bit of play in the bottom bracket but not too bad.
Overall a good tidy retro bike that needs a good home to make nice
I think in the past someone has re painted the stem, bars and think chainset arms where it would have worn through the paint.
The bike hasnt travelled much in its time either as it has a local shop badge on the frame and I can remember them selling these when I was a kid.
Asking £150 ONO including postage to Uk only via Parcel force 48 hour.
I can post to most parts of the UK apart from Scotland/High Land areas.
