I'm sorry, but it seems rather an odd listing to me.

From what's visible in the photos, it doesn't look anything like as bad as the description. It doesn't say whether the frame is straight or bent, but if it's straight and the only problem is paint damage, then that isn't a huge problem. It's basically a good-quality frame that sold for £600 frame-only BITD.

It isn't consistent about what is being sold - one place it says a headset, another place not mentioned. Photo has wheels, brakes and levers, but not made clear whether these are in the sale.

Incidentally, it looks as though it has a 93 P2, which is too short for a 94 frame. But if it's being sold for scrap value, I suppose that doesn't matter.

Still it's certainly different! Silly me for being so serious, I guess.

it's not mine it's my mate's.hence his ebay account.i got him the frame as he had some bits and pieces already.the frame turned up and it's a dog,now i feel bad .
i wrote the ad for him trying to get him his money back so listed it as 'parts not working'.as a pile of parts it's not bad and is probably going to sell cheaply enough,good wheels and tyres,p2's are in great nick as is the velocity stem and thumbies.
i tried to get him into the retrobike thing and it backfired and bit me on my fat arse,if he gets his money back he might talk to me again as long as idiots stop trying it on for a tenner
if a retrobiker is going for it,as antony says the forks aren't suitable for the frame - it's just pile of parts so bid accordingly
there's no headset or bottom bracket,everything in the pic is for sale,the frame is dead straight but very rough,if i didn't have an explosif and kilauea on the go i'd probably have taken it off his hands and had a go at it myself.

Are they replacement decals? The downtube one looks a bit wonky (says the person struggling with decals at the moment )

the frame is at my mate's,i'll give him a ring and get him to check.
i didn't notice anything about the decals to be honest,that's the least of it's problems
but it looks like it's going to go cheap enough for someone to spend money on
