Kona Koa 1997 original build advice

I’ve just bought what I believe to be a late frame 1997 Kona Koa. I’d like to put it back to original spec.
I need an original stem, handle bars, and seat. My question is before I go and buy these I’d like to have a definite answer for the correct items. The Kona catalogue states the stem should be a Tahoma Sonne 4, bars Kona slim 165 and a Selle Italia Expedia.
Anybody know the length and rise of this type of stem and the length and diameter of a standard set of bars? B57FF7BD-E53E-49A1-881A-F2DF69E3DC35.jpeg

I'd also be interested in a Tahoma Stem. I'd need to be shorter than 120 though....
Also I'd like to know .... was Tahoma an OEM "brand" ... like Curve?
