The linkage, rear end and seat tube are different to the catalogue version, not sure if the small frame size leads to the kinked tube on these? I wondered if it was a 98 Mokomoko, but again, the curved tube/linkage is different. Hmm.

Post some pics of your Kikapu up if you get chance @Spudalumps, always good to see one. I've got the later blue '99 one, but the polished one is one of my teenage icons.

@W7Ford absolutely! Its tucked up the attic at the moment but will take some pics when im next up there! She was my first full suspension, built it from frame only, (I bought it maybe 8 years ago as a project) paid £90 for it with a black chrisking headset and a spare rear triangle! Was a steal!

That's an absolute bargain. I would say it needs to be out of the loft, but those in glass houses shouldnt throw stones, gotta get a few projects finished off at this end 🤐

Agree, it is a Mokomoko with long travel plates fitted.

Is the curved seat tube something they used on the very small frame for clearance then? I know it appears on other frames in larger sizes. it's on my larger framed '99 Stinky Rad for example
