Chris should have his requested refund by now.
I am amazed Chris felt the need to raise this with other members and forum mods as we have been in constant contact by text, with me reassuring Chris he would be refunded.
The only delay was due to the fact that Chris said he could not send pictures until Monday (I see they were up Sunday and I have duly acted ASAP).
So once again, absolutely no need to run to anyone for help. If he was being ignored or told to "do one" then that would be totally different, but that is simply not the case.
If I was scamming or conning or whatever I would have either not sent the frame in the first place and/or ignored all contact and took all the money to go and live in Brazil.
But no, I refunded Chris the amount he asked for in his last text out of my own pocket. There's no Paypal comeback as it was paid for by bank transfer, so again if I was untrustworthy why would I even refund anything?!
So Chris has ended up with a sub £500 King Kahuna (considering headset and decals) in his size that he can build, ride and enjoy. I wish him and the Kona well, I will miss it.
