got my kona kilaueu for sale possibly but i would like to know a price for the frame only. Also thinking of selling my firebird freestyler from about 83. bmx is too cool for school and i've had it for over 30yrs. I want a grand for it complete, otherwise i will split it for parts(not my preferred option. kona has manitou six's (but could have pace rc 36 evo v only), xt v's, xtr rear mech, xtr 900 lever/shifter, truvidav or 99 deore lx cranks and mavic 217's. Any guide on price would be appreciated, or maybe i will split. not sure what i'm gonna do yet.cheers.

There's a complete 1996 Kilauea for sale on here at the moment for £365 - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=247226

And there's also a 1997 Kilauea frame (which looks to be in great condition) for sale for £150 here - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=247335

Have a look at the spec and condition of the ones above, and base your price around that. A frame only price will obviously depend upon the condition. If you have the original Kona bits which came with it (stem/fork/bars etc), then it would be more desirable than the bare frame, although Kilauea frames are quite popular anyway.

If you were after anything like £1000 for the Kona complete, then you're going to be waiting a LONG time!!

Cheers barney. Can't seem to be able to put up pics in the gallery(can't remember how I did it. Think I might end up keeping it, but I will get some photos up. Just in the middle of building two mantras so money is tight. Got some kona levers, seat clamp and brake guide, but rest is post 94. The bike is a 94 in silver. As for the bmx, I think I will end up splitting it.

Had NOS Z rims on Suze sealed hubs, Hutch ladder bars, NOS MX1000's & Tech 3 levers, Tuff Neck stem with Potts hollow bolt, only had a one piece crank but had power disc & DX pedals oh & NOS Haro Freestyle tyres.
