Frame looks sound and you've still got the TB P2s too. Hopefully the guards haven't scuffed the paintwork too much. Great basis for a project.

There's no such size in the Kona range. You measure bottom of the BB to the top of the seat-tube. It looks too small for a 16", so 17" is the next best guess.
