I believe that is a size 18 1992 Explosif.

I believe the c-t seat tube on a 1992 size 18 is 18.75", and the head tube is 13cm. From 1993 onwards, the head tubes were made shorter and the size was measured c-t.

That's a nice bike. Looking at his feedback he may well try and wrap it round yer head when you go to pick it up.

If it is a 1992 size 18, its horizontal top tube length should be 22.5". From 1994 onwards they made them half an inch longer (and the stems c0.5" shorter).
