The first one (with the cable tie) is in excellent condition.
Bearings run smoothly and cosmetically is also very nice. (First 4 pics).

The second one is not so good.
The top half runs smoothly and is cosmetically good despite a few light scratches and a bit of distortion the plastic cover
The bottom half let's it down. The cup is scruffy and the crown race is fairly pitted but still runs well. It's missing the rubber 'o ring' thing.
