Kona Humuhumunukunukuapua'a 20" (?) 1996

Re:

The humu? They are in 20". Dont think it makes them very valuable though. Quite niche

Well, yeah, they didn't sell many as I suppose they were more of a luxury purchase than a serious riding bike. But they looked cool so people bought them for posing/cruising.
I for one distinctly remember lusting after the '95 model hanging on the wall at Kingston Cycles.

I've owned an A'Ha which is a very similar model - but wasn't sold on its BMX components. Hence I've always liked the idea of converting a standard Kona MTB frame to a Humu lookalike as it would mean you could run a standard 135mm back end and standard bottom bracket - opening up the range of the bike

Re:

Yeah the 120 rear is offputting for sure

What I'd really like would be one of the 2013 (?) reissues with disc brakes and more clearance

Re:

Mine is now for sale, travelling up from North Devon to Sheffield this Friday (M5 M42 M1) £400

Re:

Thinking of breaking it, doesn't seem to sell in one piece, any ideas, apart from dropping the price
