Hi Forks have been switched to right size forks for the Frame ...Now trying to decide if to add V brakes as the XT 737 Brakes at the rear are just not giving good braking ... Any views on Vbrakes on Kona Frames ???

Nice bike, didnt know you had this, and i am looking forward to seeing some updated pics

As for V brakes, pre '96 frames dont have the rear cable stop for V's but you can run full length outers or get one of those clamp on stop things :? Having said that, decent pads and set up and cantis can work well enough. V's can also flex steel frames so sometimes a booster helps
