Re:

Starting to bolt bits on. Most parts will be straight off the old frame but there are some improvements along the way.

Headset fitted, was a snug fit but went in straight at least.

BB is a Hope jobbie now too. Threaded in beautifully once I got the cups the right way around.

XTR vees, now sporting some blue Ti bolts, also got some matching for the bottle bosses.

Kona seatpost pictured above bolted to the old saddle.

XTR rear mech with kcnc jockey wheels and now sporting a carbon back plate.

And the RST forks are still here.

The Hope is Ti I presume? I´ve measured 100g difference on solid steel vs hollow Ti spindles (was not weightweenying either;)

Very nice HeiHei, comes together nicely!

Yes, that's my presumption too.

And thanks for the kind words :)

Looking good, will look even better when its stood up on some wheels

If you want to weight weenie this, have a think about a better and lighter seat-post ;-)

If you bring this to Mayhem, I'd love to give it a spin if you'd allow. I've never thrown my leg over one of these and you might have seen my thing with 97's ;)
