Kona hei hei 1998 19” what’s it worth?

So time catches up with us all and I’m thinking of selling my hei hei, I bought it as a frame from MTS in Durham in feb 99, Jim built it up with XT components. Over the years bits and bobs have been replaced, currently it’s got rc36 forks, ti stem xlite bars Xt shifters and avid ti brakes. Wheels are Xt and x517 rims. It’s a lovely old thing ,can’t believe it’s 25 yrs since I bought it!

As a complete bike it is hard to say. The frame is £750 on its own though as a guide.

Condition is everything, as they say. These tend to be subjective in their appeal as a complete bike, depending on the standard of kit, and how well it all works aesthetically. The going rate for a frame - as in how much it will actually sell for and not sit on a sales platform for months - is about what mk one said. Photos would help

Incidentally, is it on the serial number list?

Cheers guys, yes it’s on the sn list. I think there is pic or two as well on that list. But I’ll sort some upto date ones out should I actually decide to sell it.

I paid £600 for my frame. Many buyers won’t want the bits hung off it, so parting it out might make more £££
