Just to say that it is a size 17, but from 1993 to 1996 Hei Heis had that higher top tube with less slope than the standard Kona geometry. If it is a 94 frame, it ought to have a 55cm c-c top tube.
The ti P2 that you had on it seems to be a 93 model, so it would have given you pretty lively steering even with that longish stem.

I think you should put this on ebay with international shipping option, you should get a lot more money for it too
