Kona Hahanna question

I've just picked up a 1993 Hahanna and it has a 1" headset etc, but a 1992 one i have has a 1 1/8" headset, why would they have reduced it do you think?

It does seem like a bit of a retrogressive step to go from 1 1/8" back to 1". Kona, doing retro long before it became a thing. Either that or they had a lot of 1" shit that needed to be used up. I can't think of any other reason.

These seems most likely, old stuff to use so put it in the bottom of the range bike. May find you have am Explosif head tube!
