Lol. That's my bike. I believe it's a mid/late year 99 or a leftover 99 sold in 2000. It's not a repaint. I've seen many of these. The crazy part is there's no serial number.

Ah I see; I can't really expand further than my observations that I documented on the 26th March. Does it have the New Drop "K" style Dropouts?

I'm wondering if a Serial Number is hidden under thick paint, which can only been revealed by a similar method used on this 2001 Kula:
