Sorry about the delay!
Re: Thomson - I'm keeping the 110 stem and layback post. I'm also keeping the surly forks but you can buy brand new ones from triton cycles for around £60.
The Kona post is available and the straigh Thomson is 27.2 x 330 length.
Here's a couple of pics it would be £35 posted.
Has a zig zag insertion mark on the back but you need to look close to see it.
