Frame and forks were professionally resprayed about 3 years ago and are in excellent condition with no dents or scrapes. I also have some new decals that I never got round to putting on so they will also come with the frameset. The only slight cosmetic thing is the chainstay because I never put a cover on it (see photo below).
Comes with Decals, Ritchey headset, bottom bracket, seat post and seat clamp.
I have owned this bike for 15 years and it has only done a few miles on road.

shows the geometry table, and measuring the virtual horizontal length of the top tube (23") that also suggest that it is size 18".
