This measured 18" centre to top when I had it so I doubt its changed. It's a late 92 frame when they changed geometry slightly over bikes released earlier that year. It would've been sold as an 18" bike. Earlier bikes that year were measured from the top of the bottom bracket shell to top of the seat tube so the 16" would measure nearly 17" and the 18" would measure nearly 19" centre to top, same as 91 bikes. This bike has the same geometry as a 1993 Kona apart from that its slightly shorter in the top tube. You can also tell its a late 92 bike with the revised geometry by the different decals on the forks (like on a 93 bike), and the lack of braze ons for a seat post qr and rack mounts. That's my understanding of it anyway. I sold this as I found it a bit too short in the top tube compared to my 93 Kona. It was in fantastic condition though, very light.

I understand where you're coming from, and that is an interesting piece of history.
