Kona Expander Bolt

Howdy all.

Ive got a velocity stem for a 93 hahanna but it hasnt got an expander bolt. I bought a 6 inch bolt but it doesnt seem to fit. Any suggestions?

the bolt is shorter and goes inside the stem with a little plastic top cap that gets nicked or lost within a week of owning the bike

so where can i get one of those?
