I suppose it must be a Cinder Cone, but the colour looks a bit off and the factory never applied the Cinder Cone decal that far forward (see correct one below), so there's something a bit odd about it.

Still if the saddle hasn't even been removed, you wonder just how stuck the post necessarily is. Those posts bend easily, so they can get stuck without any nasty chemical bonding being part of the equation. And if it has the cable guide and presumably a Kona seat clamp inside that QR, they're worth half your £35 for a start.

John, what he means is, that pic Anthony used was actually a pic of a frame he personally owned and sold a while ago, so seeing it appear out the blue, he's being cheeky, hence the winking face emoticon, maybe Anthony was the buyer so the jokes between them, i don't know, but he's not this Konamad, just check ip address if you can, or search my posts i've made this evening about this, because someone else accused him and i'm LIVID about it :evil: . If you want proof he's not this Konamad look here at my posts
