Yeah true, I don't really find standover height that critical so it's not something I think about. I suppose it depends on whether you were intending to thrash it where you may come off the saddle and want to plant your feet with zero genital mutilation. Yes, absolutely a tourer/commuter with that long headtube.I would probably want to use that as a comfortable 26er trekking bike
