Knackered bolt problem

Recently bought a (very)cheap Talas 32.Its working fine but Im dreading service time as this countersunk allen(stainless)is completely banjaxed.Dremel a slot for a large flat head screwdriver or drill the bugger out?What do you guys reckon?Does anyone know the bolt`s dimensions as I want to replace it as soon as the work is done.

I was just going to get the dremel when I decided to try and tap a tool steel tiny flat blade punch into the hole.It worked after 2 attempts and gentle pressure with a little t bar extension on the punch.Replaced the countersunk with a cap head with copper grease and happy days :cool: .Occam`s razor......

Countersunk heads have smaller hex sockeg than cap head hence its easier to knacker them.

You can get a replacement easily enough, probs is stainless steel.
