yes, the tri-fade paint with purple in the middle is UV-Tri tone which is common but not the one on your Rascal. April 1993 it is. Are the Klein and Rascal logos decals or debossed, i.e. recessed in the paint?

the "KLEIN" and "Rascal" logo's are in the paint and clearcoat? over it.
the logo of the american flag is a sticker and is not in the paint
