I bought a frame/forks and am about to build it. It's hardly been used, I am amazed !!! I am going to place 600 for the groupset and 3TTT for the bars and stem. Hopefully, it will be a nice ride

I just got my hands on a similar Quantum Z in that paintsceme. Do you have any info on model year (1994?) and if the paint was a special paint or it was a stock option?

That is a stock paint colour.

Kind of guessed on that to... Blue nebula comes up as the name on my searches. But that colour do not appear in the 1994 cataloge.

Can't wait to see the one that I bought. Should be shipped form Heroin these days.
