Klein Quantum: seat clamp bolt area cracked, rideable?

Hi everybody,

Finally found a Klein Quantum II in 61 cm. Problem is that the owner says the seat clamp bolt has been repaired. Doesn’t know exactly what or how.

What do you think, can I ride this frame? Please have a look at the pictures.

So, buy or not?

as long as you get it at the right price buy it the damage is above the clamp bolt and would not effect the clamping of the seat post itself.
