Thanks for your reply, I had to double check as I was a bit confused by the inches to cm conversion lol. If you have a 21" (53.3 cm) top tube that's definitely not a 57 frame but a 53. The saddle height would be almost perfect for me (I'm 174cm or 5'7 if I'm correct) with 81cm inseam. Damn tempting 
I'm confusing myself now!
These are some measurements I gave to someone else a while back.
I hate working in inches, I use mm with work all the time, but bikes seem to be measured in inches
I might have to double check them now.
And yes original paint. Still looks incredible!
Centre of bb to top of seat tube - 22.5"
Centre of bb to top of saddle - 30"
Centre of seat tube to centre of head tube - 22"
Centre of seat tube to centre of steerer - 21.5 (headtube slightly angled)
Centre of bar/stem clamp to centre of seat tube - 25.5"
Stem length - 100mm
Pedal (crank down) to top of saddle - 36"
Crank arm length 172.5mm

Hmmm then I'd need to lower the saddle by 5cm... which would ruin the overall look of the bike imho. Damn !
