Klein Palomino, Worth a Punt?

This Palomino for cheap. There's some paint loss at the pivot but the seller says no structural issues. The bottom bracket is bare, would it have been painted? Also the shock 'holds no pressure', I'm assuming it's just a seal that's gone?

Know next to nothing about Klein mountain bikes, so any help welcome. It's a size medium.

Also a Klein Mantra with Girvin forks. I notice the are disc mounts on the rear triangle. Is it possible to fit discs to these Girvin forks or would I need to swap it for something else?
