Klein internal cable routing

Is there and easy knack to doing this,ive noticed the frame ive just bought hasnt got the white ptfe liners hanging out of the frame so im presuming theyll need re-doing,any help would be appreciated.

its easy, there a quite a few threads on this topic, but apart from using a hoover or a magnet which are stupid if you ask me ! just get a new cable poke it through the hole ! and use a small thin paper clip bent in to a really small flat hook on the end it will take a little time but shouldnt take more than 5 mins maybe 10 at the most for each cable.
p.s i could do with a length of clear sleeving for the rear brake on my rascal ! also pmed you .

Yeah Jez had similar problems on the Trimble build. Its a good thread even if you don't learn anything
