Klein attitude frame

Hi , would any of you know of anywhere that can repair my Klein attitude frame , it looks like it's been corroding around some mounts in the down tube and has finally given in , I'd like to get the whole down tube replaced

Technically, the down tube can be replaced : cut and weld… But I’m not sure the bike would be rideable : aluminum generally hates to be re-welded and lot of aluminum frame repaired will fail again. On other hand, 6061 T6 frames like Cannondale and Klein are heat treaded after welded. So, they become brittle without.
