Assuming your Klein has a press fit BB , you will need a special tool to remove the old spindle and assemble the new one . You will find the procedure and tool reference in the catalogs mentioned above .
Bearings are not a problem , but I only know one place to find bearings , the tool and most probably the right spindle : kleinspainted.com

Heyla xbike, BB bearing are easy to find. 6003 rs could be find everywhere.
Where do you live? I know stores in Milan and Gallarate, but for few bucks go on ebay.it and... here you are. Quality:SKF
But...what about your klein? Some pics?
