Ouch! Who's going to ask them if it is so?! They have a bundle on another listing - spares, tools and a few OK bits. For £200. Not bad, but you'd want to want them

Obviously knows its cracked as why else would there be a pic like that. Maybe so he can refer the unlucky buyer back to the pics when they complain upon its arrival.....

... well tbh I think you will be surprised then...that this bike will most probably not go high, or if the bike will be sold at all(?)
It is clearly a bike to be ridden as the condition isn't great & therefore not suitable for a vintage bike collection / collectors.
So, if sby wants to ride this bike, he better be sure that the seattube is stable & able to hold the seatpost properly, right?
Another thing: You seem to be very enthusiastic about this bike: So why don't you buy it for yourself?
Or are you the seller? (In this case I would consider keeping it as a rider as it's (arguably...) worth repairing at the right price).

Oh.... and something else:
The bike is most probably a 1990 Klein Attitude (judged by the "Klein" lettering) and not a 1991,
the MC1 (bar/stem) however is clearly from 1991.
