Chain on and some cabling up this evening, hope to ride and tune it tomorrow. Picking up Toplines fingers crossed in the morning along with some inner chain ring spacers I've had made today.

Got to the machinist this morning to collect the inner chain ring spacers he made for me late yesterday afternoon and dropped them off at the anodisers to be collected Friday morning. Picked up the other parts from the anodisers, he said due to the quality of the material and the time I had spent prepping the Toplines they have come out really well and I agree, really pleased with them. The Ringle parts have slightly pitted so finish isn't as good as I hoped but OK. The crank caps unfortunately are poor, crap quality aluminium basically but will fill a hole for now.

The Ringle QR nuts do seem to pit a fair bit. Although one I did last week was fine. I suspect some of them are cast.

They turned out really well Ash...similar finish to the Graftons ...more satin than shiny.

Rear brake cable in, Ringle ti seat qr re-assembled and fitted. Ti bolts arrived in post and fitted to Re-entry levers and front mech. Tyres pumped (sorry James couldn't be bothered with pics ). Went for a quick pedal up and down the road, my first time on an Adroit after all these years!, felt amazing, gears and brakes working perfectly. Looking forward to a proper ride on it but may have to wait a little while for that.

Next job will be to fit the Toplines on Friday evening when I have the spacers.
