I have tested all 4 combinations but with the turquoise Speedtraps this one is the best.

I know, it sounds a bit noncredible. But yes, that's my first retro project. Obviously not my first bike I built, but my first old one.

I have a few frames here sitting around and waiting for the next build. Most likely the next one will be an AMP B3, with original RockShox disc brakes, White Industries hubs with 3hole disc mount. Or an Cannondale M2000. Or both of them. Almost all parts are ready.

Of course the next build will not be that fancy like the Adroit.

Hey Michael!

We did not take photos of the crank combinations. I tried these combinations just at home during building the bike. It would be too time consuming to do that during the photo shooting. That takes quite a lot of time already without changing cranks and rings.

During the shooting different versions with white / black background and Ringle Moby post / Klein Adroit post were made. Here some more examples:

I like the photos with the black kackground best. The white background photos were made for the printed magazine.

Cheers,
Robert

Nice love all the trick bits on it a feast for the eyes :D
In my opinion there are two ways to build that colorful Klein frames.

A) in an optical simple way with for example a complete XTR M900 group which underlines the frame a bit more or
B) in the way I did. With all that bling bling trick bits available that time.

I think both ways work. Back in 1993 I would have done exactly the way I did now.

Just incredible! Both the bike and the fact that, with a lot of effort and patience, parts and frames like these can still be found. Congratulations! you have a unique jewel
