Klein Adept for Sale. Gator Linear Fade - 21" (est. 1992-1993)

This is one of the very rare early Klein hybrid bikes, which featured a 2" Downtube, like the Klein Adroit.
Included is a new Bottom Bracket and Titanium brake mounts, and an original Klein1993 Bike Catalogue.

Price: £3500 ono

S/N: ADE001041
Stamped on the BB shell, and I understand there were around 1500 hybrid Adepts made, so estimated production year would be: 1992-1993.
Gator Linear Fade restoration paint by Jon Rock in late 2023. Never built up since. Frame appears clear of blemishes.

This bike was sourced as a labour of love, and it tears me up to sell it, but purchasing a London home comes first...

The 21" Adept sizing is comparable to a big 19"/ or 20" Klein MTB frame, which would suit a rider 5' 9" - 6 ft.

Rarer than any ol "real" Adroit! This is wild ...I know some peeps who would kill for a "real" Adept. Too bad yours is so small. But I bet it will sell to Asia eventually.

3.500 Euros is absolute legit! Let it run longer, post it in all the Facebook KLEIN groups and at eBay. This will sell at your original 3.5k price! 100% for sure!!! You should just be a little more patient! And not lower the price right away after 6 days.

Mine (23 inches) is currently at Dave´s for a re-paint! Cant want to get it back in June ...
I do have another (small) one like yours here on my pile of scrap-metal in my storage.

Great tips, Il explore the alternate market places, eBay was next but DB marketplace worth a go...

I have never see another Gator Adept and have sold about ten NOS Adroit's and Attitudes over the years, but this one is my favourite, so appreciate the comments fguki.
