bought this 1990 kona lava dome off space monkey yesterday plan on starting this project shortly

Nice base for a project mate.

That front wheel looks like all the spokes are very brown? Any rust on the rest of it?

needs a bit of tlc but we will get there in the end. spokes are shot will get the wheels relaced shifters are also shot. frame is good just needs some powder coating will make a good summer project. might go single speed

Looks just the job for a pre summer project, Is the paint that bad ?? you could make your own splatter paint job on top of the white

I have a set of xpress shifters, yours if you want them

paint is bad to many scratches like the idea off the splatter look will post more pics after painted. might take you up on the shifters gravy monster
