Bushings at each pivot on this one. Although a bearing conversion does sound interesting.
A URT as far as I know, has the bottom bracket on the swing-arm.
I would say it's a linkage activated URT! The pivot-point is very close to the BB, which is probably why it not too bad.
Can't recommend a Fox Alps though: amazing how shock tech has progressed...
