Kid friendly games for the XBOX 360

My Brother bought the kids an XBOX 360 with Kinect for Christmas and I'm struggling to find subjective reviews on suitable games for them (the kids)..

Going to be selling the Wii to fund XBOX games so no mad rush, but if anyone has (relevant) suggestions it'd be appreciated

My youngest is 6 but plays Wii games labelled as suitable for 8+ so he's not a young 6 y/o when it comes to gaming..

lego games are still amazing! i remember them on n64

The Lego series, (Starwars, Indiana Jones and Batman) were popular with my son at 6. He's 8 now and still plays them.

We have some LEGO games for the Wii and want to get the LEGO Harry Potter for the XBOX, that's a dead cert..

Didn't realise quite how much the Wii is aimed at kids until the XBOX landed :roll:

We have Kinectimals, Sports, Adventure and Dance Central which the kids enjoy..

Bought Vanquish (3rd person shooter) for my lad for his birthday and he's slowly getting to grips with it (he used to play Alien Trilogy on the PS/2) but it's a bit complicated (and graphic) for the young-uns.

Wife bought Super Street Fighter IV today... £12... total bargain and the kids love it.

Going to keep searching for top games and, once the Wii is sold, have a spend up..

Still hunting for stuff the kids would like and also the best driving game and (for Wifey) the best Kinect fighting game :roll:

i love need for speed hot pursuit, theyve done well with it, havent trashed the orginal, just updated it well

my kids like singing along with the Karaoke game Lips.

Drawback is, it gets very anoying very quickly, especially with disney songs. Needs also new microfones...

Was fun in the beginning though... :shock:
