KHS ti frame for sale. £200

I bought it earlier this year as I really wanted a ti frame. Lovely retro thing but... no disc mounts. I won't go back to rim brakes, I tried and failed, so it needs to go. The frame is in Ireland but I'm happy to post to UK. Loads of pictures available, will add some tomorrow.
No scratches, no dings, no cracks. Used but very little due to the reasons listed above.
I'm looking for £200 plus postage (I'll be posting from Northern Ireland if to UK). Can add a seatpost and a clamp if required.

Keep it and fit forks which have a disc mount and use a Magura HS-33 on the back?

Gents,
The measurements are as follows:
top tube (c2c): 555mm
seat tube (c2c): 410mm
down tube (c2c): 622mm
chainstay: 400mm
head tube: 100mm
according to my Tesco finest (ehem) tape.
The frame weighs around 2.75lbs, featherweight.
Regarding the size, I ride a 16" On-One 456SS with a 70mm stem, this frame felt perfect with a 90mm stem, quite a long one and comfy at the same time.
I won't do Maguras as I never got on with them, XTR V-brakes are as bad in the local gloop as Deore ones and, besides, I don't want (read: I am not allowed) to buy yet another wheel.
The money will go towards my wife's training, much better a decision than any other I ever made regarding money. She allows me to use her bike (a lovingly customised Scott Octane) and is trying to buy us a Kona A (which I have wet dreams about) so why not?
Pics below made me realise there are some signs of usage, never knew before the flash pics were taken.
