Wow! I am transported back in time to when I was drooling at this in the Freewheel catalogue. Amazing bike and great price. GLWS. So wanted one of these and still do!

Please do, because I keep looking at this and shouldn't be buying anything at the moment!!!This is 100% part of the reason for justifying it when I promised myself I'd reduce the number in the collection!
I'm pretty sure the wife won't notice a new addition either. Feel there's a PM to @Lloyd Wiles on the way.![]()
I've found it is futile....Please do, because I keep looking at this and shouldn't be buying anything at the moment!!!
My whole garage is in storage so now is the time I could sneak a bike into the collection, if a random group of old MTB’s can be called that!I've found it is futile....
...amazing how it is possible to find space for just one more![]()
My heart says get it - how often to they come up like this? Not very often at all! But my head says no because we have expensive building works underway and I lost my job recently and now freelancing which is very quiet. So chucking £500 at an old plastic bike as my wife would call it in the current situation isn't the most sensible thing to do.Time for retro anonymous round table of counselling for many of you in denial retro followers.. get it bought!
Gone with my heart. That 1989 Freewheel Catalogue has a lot to answer for!My heart says get it - how often to they come up like this? Not very often at all! We should revisit this in a couple of years time and I'll 100% regret no getting it!!!![]()

AMAZING!!! Well done @boy"O"boyGone with my heart. That 1989 Freewheel Catalogue has a lot to answer for!
As I'm heading already headed that way - it had to be. Resistance was futile. The lure of one from the wish list was too much....so much for reducing the numbers
(At least one was sold to make way for this one.. that's my justification anyway)

I'll have to get a better scan of the catalogue page up.
Only the Ridgeback 605 SIS (in a 20" frame) to source now.......and that would be the 1989 Freewheel Catalogue dream team complete.
As requested
Cheers
