I know he yo-go’s in and out of business, but I love the look of Kelly frames.

However, I really can’t figure out why it seems to have half a disc mount???

Would it have had an axle mounted bracket for the caliper to accommodate chain adjustment and the single bracket acted as the torque stop via a linkage?
