Not sure if i should do this i don't have a plan, but have a 20" merlin with p2's that could swap this for, Bam.
I love kona's they're my fav brand, had a 99 fire mountain its now in the wifes hand.
It cracked in the exact same place, after i hopped off a wall without much grace.
It was a 16" that i used bitd for trials, this 20" would be ideal and give lots of smiles.

Wow! That's amazing. This is his first Mayhem. Too cool.
Little HM will be over the moon. Don't tell him though. Now i have to find someone to weld it. Is it fairly straightforward being steel?

I assume you did the marathon good on you!
It should be fairly straight forward when we did my fire mountain at work we ground a groove into where the crack was then mig'd it up being careful to not get it too hot otherwise you might affect the brazing of the join right next to it!
Then grind it flat and obviously finish it off.
