Bought this locally last year but it has a stuck seatpost I don't have the patience to remove and needs TLC. I've also since bought a GT Talera which will replace this.

I don't want anything for it but it must be collected. I'm based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.

It's a size 18" frame. The tyres are very worn and will need replacing, the gears are stuck so it at least needs recabling and I'd say the same for the brakes too.

I've tried to price away the seatpost collar to remove the seatpoat, squirted oil down it and tried heating it a little with a few boiled kettles of water but no luck. If someone has a vice and more patience than I do it could make a decent enough rat/pub bike potentially.

Thought with steel being bendy it would help get it out or being able to get more oil inside it.

Should bend back OK I would have thought - but might end up a bit ugly... At least it rules out the seatpost being clamped too tight...

I'd have to save it if I was nearer. Probably a good job I'm miles away.
