Barney, use a screwdriver to take the spokes out or snip them, though I don't like snipping on these flanged/bonded hubs, I've seen Hope's crack on the release of tension that way. With the damaged spoke and looking at some of the others where they have no real tension it'll need some work.
Then keep it in the wings for some rasta build in the future.
