Just bought this, forks goosed...what should I replace it with?

First thought is not a P2 or an attempt to get this since ever not good performing Struts thing back to live but a proper segmented fork from Saracen as mentioned already.

An Orange F7 fork or similar would also be pretty cool, similar looks.

I'd just get some elastomers in there and see how it goes. It's original o my once, and if you don't like it, replace with something you prefer.

I just assumed the forks were low end old rubbish, and not worth spending time on.

happy to spend upto £100 (in a few months when I get around to cleaning this one up) for something half decent that would be in keeping (1994)

but if the current ones are half decent I may just service them like suggested
