Just a quick stem question

I have a 1991/92 Marin Muirwoods that needs a new stem. Before I buy the wrong size, could someone please confirm what size I need?

Its for threaded forks (old school style) but ive seen several sizes, 1 inch (sure its not this), 1 1/4 and 1 1/8.

i'm far from a marin expert, but I'd say 1 1/8.

incidently i've got a marin titanium stem for sale in 1 1 /8 quill with cable hanger if you;re interested

Thanks for that, I have the 1992 Muirwoods, black with yellow rear end. Confirmned as a 1 1/8 then. Just need a cheap black (or fluo yellow) stem to finish a bike im gonna sell, so not mad about spending more than a few quid on it tbh. Thanks though.
