So, bushing issue now resolved through purchase of a cheap donor set of Judy forks off eBay.

Next task (potentially) - stripping/servicing the internal cartridges. Seen the guides in the archive on here. Looks tricky and like errors could be fatal. Is it really that bad? Anyone done it before who can offer friendly advice?
